Introduction
This guided meditation accompanies Review V of the Workbook of A Course in Miracles (Lessons 151–170). While the Workbook is designed as a daily practice, this meditation offers a gentle introduction to the themes of this review, allowing you to experience them as a unified movement of healing.

Use this meditation as a supportive companion to your daily lesson practice, or anytime you feel called to return to these ideas of stillness, defenselessness, and the deep peace that arises when you remember you rest in God.

Meditation
Now, let’s begin.
To start, I would like you to close your eyes and get comfortable.
If you are prone to falling asleep, please sit in an upright position to help you remain gently alert.
First, we will ready the body and quiet the mind for meditation.
Take a slow, deep breath in… hold it… and slowly release it. As you exhale, feel your shoulders soften and relax.
Take another slow breath inward… and as you breathe out, feel the muscles in your face relax… your forehead… your jaw… your neck and throat. Let your shoulders fall even further.
Very good. Continue breathing slowly and deeply. With each exhale, feel tension releasing from your chest… your stomach… your hips… your legs… your knees… and all the way down to your feet. Even your toes are relaxed and at ease.
Now, in this quiet space, we will gently reflect on the ideas from the fifth review of the Workbook. Let each idea wash over your mind without effort.
Relax now into these Lessons.
Allow their meaning to help undo fear and restore your awareness of Truth.
Lessons 151–170
151. All things are echoes of the Voice for God.
In stillness, you become aware of the gentle echo of Love within.
152. The power of decision is my own.
Stillness is a choice. Peace begins with willingness.
153. In my defenselessness my safety lies.
True safety is not found in struggle, but in quiet trust.
154. I am among the ministers of God.
Your presence can extend healing and kindness.
155. I will step back and let Him lead the way.
Step back from strain and allow Love to guide your mind.
156. I walk with God in perfect holiness.
Holiness is your natural state when you are not resisting truth.
157. Into His Presence would I enter now.
Enter the quiet awareness of God within you.
158. Today I learn to give as I receive.
Peace received becomes peace extended.
159. I give the miracles I have received.
As you accept peace, you naturally share it.
160. I am at home. Fear is the stranger here.
In the home of God, peace is natural and fear becomes unfamiliar.
Pause… breathe… allow these ideas to settle.
Lessons 161–165
161. Give me your blessing, holy Son of God.
See holiness in your brother, and you remember it in yourself.
162. I am as God created me.
You remain as Love created you — whole and complete.
163. There is no death. The Son of God is free.
(Allow this idea gently, without strain.) Your true life is in God.
164. Now are we one with Him Who is our Source.
You are joined with your Source in quiet certainty.
165. Let not my mind deny the Thought of God.
Let truth be welcomed without argument.
Pause… breathe… soften.
Lessons 166–170
166. I am entrusted with the gifts of God.
You are entrusted with love, forgiveness, and peace.
167. There is one life, and that I share with God.
Life is shared, united, and safe in God.
168. Your grace is given me. I claim it now.
Grace is freely given. Receive it with gentleness.
169. By grace I live. By grace I am released.
Grace releases the mind from burdens and returns it to peace.
170. There is no cruelty in God and none in me.
Let your mind remember kindness, innocence, and love.
Closing Stillness
These lessons guide you into stillness and the quiet confidence of trust.
Rest now in the quiet awareness that God is with you.
Feel gratitude for the Love that sustains you.
Feel that Love nearer than your very thoughts.
Rest in this Holy Instant.
Allow your mind to be healed of the belief in separation.

Returning
Now it is time to return.
Take a deep breath in… become aware of your body… your surroundings… the support beneath you.
Know that the healing continues beyond this meditation. Your willingness carries into your day.
When you are ready, gently open your eyes.
Welcome back. You did beautifully.
